Great bracelet but runs big. I have small wrists and this didn’t fit, BUT, I gave it to my husband and he loves it! Anytime he is complaining about work or his day I tell him, “look at your bracelet and center yourself!” He doesn’t necessarily believe in healing powers of stones but it allows him to take a minute to gather himself and think before he reacts:) I will be buying another for my teenage son!I'm very rough on them wearing at work and play. This is my 3rd one but for the price is fairly good quality. When I wear this one out, i'm sure I will get another one. If you limit the amount of moisture, remove when doing very physical activities should last along time.My husband wears this all the time i swear everyday. He has snagged it countless times and it didnt even loosen. Truely a good chakra braclet.We cannot figure out how to get it on.It fits me, if f i squish my tiny, bony hand through. I’m the size a petite 11-12 year old girl.A normal sized person will not he able to get it on.How can the strings be loosened?This present was for my son.He cannot wear it.The colors are gorgeous.Worth the money very durable and sturdy I take it off to shower but still ok to wash hands with it.
