I purchased this product on November 5, 2022, and the hair dryer simply won't turn on. After contacting the manufacturer they informed me that the one year warranty is not in affect if the item was purchased through an Amazon reseller. Amazon only addresses issues within the first 90 days, so I guess I am a bit out of luck. This is not a discounted item, we paid full price and after a few months it is a paper weight? Lessons learned, please don't make the same mistake.
